Pandit K. G. Ginde was the one of the starwarts who dedicated his entire life and selfless services for the cause of music. He was put under the tutelage of Acharya S. N. Ratanjankar from the age of ten. He could render Dhrupad Dhamar, Thumri, Tappa, and Tarana with equal ease and command.
