Customer can ask return within 2 days after the delivery of the product. To receive full refund the returned product should not be removed from the shrink wrap (CDs, LPs, DVDs) & must be return in the same condition.

There will be restocking fees & return shipping charges for products unless it has return with valid reasoning.

It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

For most returns, you will be provided with apre-paid USPS return label which allows you to return the item(s) to any USPS drop-off point located across the US.
