When we think about MAHATMA GANDHI the first visual that comes in front of our eyes is him spinning CHARKHA. Today on 2 October 2020, when the world is remembering Gandhiji as his birth date, as well as this day is declared to be as International Day of Non-violence, we all remember a tool that was very much part of his daily life and integrated immensely with his movements to bring freedom to India and Unite Indians; which is CHARKHA.
