In conjunction with the mighty Provogue label, Music On Vinyl will re-issue 3 classic Walter Trout albums on vinyl! After being out of print for quite a long time, Common Ground, Blues For The Modern Daze and Battle Scars will be re-issued on colored vinyl on October 10.

Joyful, energized guitar-and-vocal performances frame the dozen original songs that narrate his hard-won, life-or-death struggle waiting for, and ultimately receiving, a life-saving liver transplant.

With bristling energy and lyrics that cut to the core of human hope and willpower, Walter Trout’s album Battle Scars chronicles his horrific battle with liver failure. But the 12-song set also captures the international guitar hero playing and singing at the peak of his abilities, infusing even his darkest numbers with creative joy that sweeps like a beacon.

Battle Scars is available as a 10th anniversary edition of 1000 individually numbered copies on aquamarine coloured vinyl and is housed in a gatefold sleeve.
