The best selling EDC/CM book has been updated and expanded to be even more valuable to those concerned with technical communication in areas of product documentation and configuration management (CM). Drawing upon the success of the first edition’s coverage that stressed basics, rules and reasons, the revision now incorporates many new real-world examples from client consulting.
