I fear that it is an act of supererogation on my part to append a long supplementary introduction and fairly profuse notes to this translation of Gandhiji’s Anasakti-yoga, because I know that the brief introduction by leaves nothing to be desired so far as the central message of the Gita is concerned, and his brief notes are enough for the purpose. But, for several reasons I have thought it necessary to add both to his introduction and his notes.
